Membership Terms & Refund Policy

Membership sales are final and non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy applies regardless of membership usage, activity level, or participation in organizational programs and services. Members who remain inactive or do not utilize available benefits during their membership period are not eligible for refunds, credits, or prorations of any kind.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you are responsible for managing your own engagement and participation. The organization is not obligated to provide refunds based on a member's personal circumstances, lack of participation, forgotten payments, or failure to take advantage of membership benefits.

Membership fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase and will continue until the lifetime membership dues are fulfilled, or if they are cancelled by the member or terminated by the organization. Members are responsible for cancelling their membership before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

The organization reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time and at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where a member fails to comply with our Community Guidelines, community policies, or terms of service, or engages in conduct that Angel Squad determines to be detrimental to the community.

Terminable violations include, but are not limited to:

• Posting links in community channels to invest via Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) outside of Angel Squad's offerings
• Posting requests for community members to reach out for external SPV links
• Using community channels to promote external investment funds for the purpose of securing Limited Partners (LPs) or Advisors
• Conducting unsolicited outreach to community members through LinkedIn or Angel Squad's platform to promote external syndicates or funds
• Soliciting investments from fellow Squad Members outside of designated channels 
• Contacting community members at scale to promote products, services, or companies
• Inappropriate behavior or misconduct on Angel Squad's platform, at virtual events, or at in-person meetups
• Any other conduct that Angel Squad determines, in its sole discretion, to violate community standards or harm the member experience

Members are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

In cases of membership termination by the organization, no refunds, credits, or prorations will be provided for any past, current, or future billing periods or any portion thereof. All fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.

All membership sales are considered final upon payment processing. By initiating your membership, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy. This policy covers both new memberships and membership renewals, and applies to all payment methods and billing arrangements.
